Section 1. The Association shall meet annually with such additional meetings, as the Executive Board shall designate.
Section 2. A Quorum shall consist of the voting members present. Decisions shall be made by a majority vote of the members present.
Section 3. Each voting member shall have one (1) vote and there shall be no voting by proxy.
Section 4. Notices of meetings shall be made to the membership in a timely manner.
Section 5. Special meetings shall be called upon written request of 5 voting members.
Section 6. Authority: Roberts Rules of Order, latest edition, shall govern the Association's deliberations unless such rules are in conflict with the Association's by-laws, or special rules of order.
Section 7. Minutes of Meetings of the Membership: A written record of the deliberations and decisions at Regular and Special Meetings of the Membership shall be prepared and kept by the Recording Secretary, in the form of Minutes. Upon approval by the Board of Directors, such Minutes shall become a part of the records of the Association.
