Liberally mentioned are the electric amenities and the "high-class" quality of the homes and of the subdivision. And yes, that's Camelback mountain in the bottom of the second article photo.
The house pictured is 38 West Medlock, the first home Floyd Medlock constucted in Medlock Place. Shown below is the same home in more recent times.
